For the Dressing: in a food processor, add Avocado, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Almond Milk, Garlic Powder, and Salt & Pepper to Taste. Blend on high until a smooth consistency is reached.
One rice is done cooking, assemble in bowl and top with Beans, Corn, Onions, Olives
